I’ve been waiting for support to get back to me, and it’s taking way longer than I expected. My issue has been sitting unresolved for days now, and I was hoping for a quicker response or at least an update. It’s frustrating because I still don’t really feel like anyone has helped me yet

I like the rewards overall, they do feel nice when they actually work out. But the promos can be really confusing sometimes, and I don’t know, it just leaves me feeling kind of frustrated even though the idea is good.

I use Maya mostly for paying bills and sending transfers, and the fees are usually okay. Like, not amazing all the time, because some cash-in or bank transfer charges can feel a little annoying when you notice them, but at least they show you before you hit confirm, so you’re not totally surprised after. I just make it a habit to check first before sending anything. It’s not perfect, but for me it’s still way easier and usually cheaper than going out just to pay something. I’d give it 4 stars.

I mostly use Maya for the savings feature. I saw the rate was higher than my usual bank and just assumed it was worth parking some extra cash there, and so far that’s been true. It’s nice seeing it earn a little without me really doing anything.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the app can be slow sometimes, and I’ll admit I still get a bit uneasy with digital banks. But deposits and transfers have worked fine for me so far, so I’m okay with it overall.

I’ve been using my Maya card mostly for online purchases and a few in-store payments, and it’s been working well. I did have one transaction update that took a bit longer than expected, well, not super long, just longer than I would’ve liked. Overall, it’s been a good experience. I just wish support would reply a little faster when you need help.

Am I missing something here? The app keeps freezing on me, and the menus feel confusing to navigate. I wanted to like it, but just trying to get around is more frustrating than it should be.

Just a heads-up for anyone using this for bill payments: I paid my bill and it went through fine on my end. No issues so far, but I’d still suggest checking your confirmation and account afterward just to be safe.

I mostly use Maya for paying bills and sending small amounts, and so far it feels safe enough for everyday stuff. I do like getting OTPs and app notifications right away whenever something happens. Weirdly, I still remember I was eating a banana cue when one notification popped up, so I guess the alerts definitely catch my attention.

The only stressful part was when I got a suspicious login alert and had to contact support. They answered eventually, but it took longer than I was comfortable with, and waiting around made me nervous. The security features are okay, I just wish their fraud support moved faster when something feels urgent.

I did reach out to support, and they eventually replied, but it wasn’t exactly quick. The answer also felt basic, like something they just send to everyone. I still use Maya, but I really hope they improve the transfer reliability because it can get stressful.

I’ll admit, it’s actually convenient. Cashing in is fast, and while cashing out can take a few minutes sometimes, it still works well enough overall...

I've tried verifying my account on maya.ph several times now, but it either stays pending forever or ends up failing. I already uploaded clear copies of my IDs, so I'm not sure what else they need. Support takes ages to respond too, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating. it makes me question how reliable the process is if something this basic keeps having issues

I generally like how easy Maya is to use, and the app is convenient for everyday stuff. But my last experience was frustrating, I tried sending money twice and both transactions just got stuck. Support eventually helps, but the response feels slow when your money is on the line. I’d still use it for smaller things, but probably not for important payments anytime soon...
